Welcome to the Xavier University Library Makerspace!
The Xavier University Library Makerspace is available to all students, faculty, and staff - whether for class or personal projects!
The Makerspace is a creative, dynamic space where people invent, build, and learn. Through generous grants from SWON and the Xavier University Women of Excellence, the makerspace opened in the spring of 2016 and was the first academic makerspace in the region.
With all sorts of technology and tools including 3D printers, a laser etcher, Cricut Maker, heat presses, sewing and embroidery machine, button makers, Raspberry Pis, Ozobots, Spheros, and more, students, faculty, and staff can make and create.
If you are making a digital media project and looking for poster printing, recording spaces and equipment, or computers with Adobe Creative Cloud, head to the Digital Media Lab on the 3rd floor of the CLC under the stairwell.
