Choose a newspaper database based on the topic of your paper/project or the class you are in to find newspaper articles. Some of these databases contain newspapers from the period of the topic you are studying. For instance, you can search the Cincinnati Enquirer Historical databases for newspaper accounts that are contemporary to the Stock Market crash of 1929 or to get a sense of the cultural life of the 1920s.
