Holds
If you request an item from Xavier Library Collections, OhioLINK, SearchOhio, or traditional interlibrary loan (ILL), you will receive an email once the item is ready to be picked up. You will pick up your hold from the CLC Service Desk. Loan times vary, so pay attention to the due date.
Renewals
You may renew materials in person at the CLC Desk, by calling 513-745-3881, or by emailing libcirc@xavier.edu. The system will attempt to renew items for you automatically 3 days before the due date. As long as there aren't any holds and you haven't run out of renewals, OhioLINK items will keep renewing, for a total loan time of 42 weeks.
