Nexis Uni access issues, March 2025

You do not need an account to use Nexis Uni.  You can create an account if you want to save searches or articles for future use.

 

To create a new account:

  1. Click Sign In/Register in the top right corner of the webpage
  1. A pop-up stating that your session has ended may appear. Ignore this message. Nexis Uni will automatically route you to a new sign-in page.
  1. On the right-hand side of the page, click Create a Profile. **You do not need an account to use Nexis Uni. If you do not want to create an account, select Continue as Guest.**

  1. Complete your registration profile
  1. You new account is ready to use!

Access Issues

Nexis Uni is experiencing two issues when signing into accounts:

  • When users select Sign In/Register, Nexis Uni displays messages that state "Session Ended" and "You are now signed out". These messages do not affect access. Continue to use Nexis Uni as normal.
  • Users with accounts created prior to 3/7/25 cannot log into their accounts or reset their UserID and password. 

New accounts are not affected by this issue. While this issue is being resolved, please use Nexis Uni without an account or create a new account.
