PLEASE NOTE: This host site's program is structured to fill up most of your days, however there may be an opportunity for free time in the afternoon/evening some days. Here are some ideas in the event that that happens:
1) Serpent Mound: the largest surviving example of a prehistoric effigy mound in the world. It is open from dawn to dusk each weekend in March. There is an $8.00 parking fee, but the rest is free.
2) Highlands Nature Sanctuary: the sanctuary is free to the public and offers opportunities to explore both the museum and an abundance of hiking trails.
3) Lorisa's Pizza: this restaurant is a pizza place located in Bainbridge. This would be a good place for your group to gram a quick bite after a long day.
Due to the nature of this trip, any cancelations of events on the itinerary will be given a substitute by the host site.
