Save Lists in XPLORE Library Account

Saving Lists from your XPLORE Library Account

Due to the Library's new system update, your online library account has changed from the former XPLORE account to a new account, found in the top right corner of the in the AllForOne Search.

XPLORE accounts will be discontinued at the end of September. If you would like to retain lists that you created in your XPLORE account, please follow the instructions in this guide to save the lists by September 29th.

How to Save Lists from XPLORE Library Account

How to Save Lists from XPLORE Library Account:

1. Go to https://xplore.xavier.edu/patroninfo~S0

2. Use your Xavier username and password to log into your account.

3. Logging in typically routes you directly to your lists. If you are routed to a different page, click on My Lists on the left-hand side of the page.

4. Click on a list.

5. Click Export List to start the export process.

6. There are a variety of options for the format and delivery method of the list.

  • The recommended selections for easy-to-read citations of all items on the list are Brief Display and E-Mail. If you select E-Mail, type your email address in the box next to Mail To. Or, select another format and delivery options that works well for you.

7. Check your email for the list of citations sent by xplore@xavier.edu. If you do not see it in your inbox, check alternate inboxes (such as "Other" in Microsoft accounts) and your spam folder.

8. If you have other lists to export, return to your account by holding the mouse over My Accounts, then click My Library Record from the dropdown menu.

9. Repeat #3-8 until all lists have been exported.
