To make the options even easier for you, TriHealth Corporate Health has created an online TriHealth Corporate Health YouTube page that has a variety of fitness classes, online learning and conversations with our TriHealth team members. The offerings range from 20-minute HIIT classes to learning specific exercises one at a time. You can do a majority of these classes with little to no equipment or even use things around your house. We will be adding videos to our library on a weekly basis. View the page here.
