Medical Services on Campus

Xavier University Health Services are provided by TriHealth professionals including Board Certified physicians and nurse practitioners experienced in collegiate health.  TriHealth is among the best health-care providers in our region and will provide top-quality care and resources.

In order to access health services on campus, Xavier students are required to use their health insurance. ALL students are welcome to be seen here, but please consult your insurance plan to see if our offices are considered in-network with your plan. 

Virtual All for Fun Run

In celebration of the Class of 2020 during what would have been their graduation week, the Alumni team is hosting a virtual All for Fun Run from May 11-May 17. Show your support for the Class of 2020—and your Xavier pride—as you walk, run, jog or roll a 5K wherever you are. First visit to access your virtual race packet and get your printable race bib. Run, jog, walk, bike (or other activity of your choice!) a 5K any time between May 11 and May 17. Be sure to follow all local and CDC guidelines for social distancing. Wear your favorite Xavier gear, snap a photo and share on social media using the hashtag #allforfunrun and tag @xu_alumni on Instagram and Twitter and Xavier University Alumni on Facebook. Fill out the completion form at to be entered to win Xavier swag. Join us for a Virtual Post Race Party on Zoom on Sunday, May 17, from 3:00-3:30 p.m. We'll draw prize winners and take a "group photo." Contact Meghan Fischer with any questions.

Path of Self Love

This self-love kit is dedicated to supporting you to make more self-loving choices all year – so you can choose self-love for yourself – you know self-compassion, self-care, self-respect, self-empowerment – instead of fear, criticism, guilt, shame and pressure!

Below, in this order, complete the following steps…

#1. Take a Self Love Pulse Check — and choose the branch of self-love you will strengthen this year.
#2. Create your 2020 Self Love Promise — this will help you strengthen your self love & stay true to yourself, no matter what.
#3. Make your Self Love Promise — just like you would make a promise to another person, you make this promise with yourself.
#4. Receive Support — to keep your Self Love Promise and strengthen your self love foundations this year.
#5. Receive Inspiration — to help you make self-loving choices this year (including this year’s official self love song, poem and poster).

Welcome to Cincinnati Arts Association’s Arts at Home resource guide – a hub of virtual arts and entertainment opportunities that you a can enjoy from the comfort of your home during this extended intermission.  We know it’s not the same as a live arts experience at the Aronoff Center or Music Hall, but we hope these opportunities will keep you connected and inspired.

• Classes needing little to no equipment
• Tutorials on how to perform specific exercises
• One-on-one discussions with TriHealth team members

TriHealth Youtube fitness resource

Although the COVID-19 crisis is affecting the fitness industry, it is more important than ever to get in the recommended physical activity. To make the options even easier for you, TriHealth Corporate Health has created an online TriHealth Corporate Health YouTube page that has a variety of fitness classes, online learning and conversations with our TriHealth team members. The offerings range from 20-minute HIIT classes to learning specific exercises one at a time. You can do a majority of these classes with little to no equipment or even use things around your house. We will be adding videos to our library on a weekly basis. View the page here.


Goal-Setting Challenge

Join TriHealth Workplace Wellbeing and Fitness to set healthy goals. In the Goal Setting Challenge, participants set their own goals each week for four weeks. Their goals will ultimately build upon themselves week by week, with the ultimate hope of building healthy long-term habits and reaching the individual goal. Turning To Faith spring concert

Our "Turning to Faith" series concludes with an interfaith spring concert on Sunday, May 17, from 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Cincinnati Festival of Faiths, the signature program of the interfaith group EquaSion, created the weekly program to continue the momentum of our community's interfaith collaboration throughout this historic time of isolation and uncertainty. The concert features 15 musical numbers representing six world religions. Please join in the celebration of spring and the hope we share through interfaith collaboration.
