Search@XU: Search@XU vs. XPLORE

Search@XU or XPLORE?

What's the difference between Search@XU and XPLORE?  What one should I use?

Search@XU is a "library search engine" that includes materials from Xavier University Library and many other libraries from around the country and world. However, Search@XU does not search all items owned by Xavier University Library, including certain books and archival materials.  For comprehensive searches of all holdings of Xavier University Library, we recommend our XPLORE catalog.
